Enrollment Procedures

Enrollment is based on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage you to enroll at least 21 days in advance of the class. Minimum enrollment of 6 students is required for a class to be conducted.

Classes will be cancelled 2 weeks from start date of course if minimum enrollment has not been achieved.

Prices
Tuition is published with course description. Unless otherwise stated prices include documentation, lunch and refreshment but do not include evening meals, accommodation or any travel costs. Students are responsible for their own hotel bookings.
Method of Payment
Payment may be made either by purchase order, company check or credit card. The P.O. number, check or credit card number (and expiration date) is required as payment upon registration to be guaranteed a seat or onsite course. Checks must be made payable to Schneider Electric. Upon receipt of payment, course confirmation and instructions will be forwarded giving details of time, location and travel information. Invoicing will be done upon completion of the course.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation must be made in writing four weeks prior to the course commencement for a full refund. Thereafter the full course fee is forfeited. However, substitutions will be accepted at any time for confirmed course places.

Schneider Electric reserves the right to cancel any proposed course and will give as much notice as is reasonable and practical. In the event that a course cannot be held or completed, Schneider Electric will endeavour to re-schedule the course within a reasonable period. Should it not be possible to agree a mutually acceptable date then a full refund of fees already paid will be made. Schneider Electric also reserves the right to change course schedules, modify course content, and limit class size. Schneider Electric can not be held liable for failure to provide an alternative for any costs arising from the cancellation.

Schneider Electric may provide course notes and other training materials which are intended for the sole use of the individuals attending the courses. The materials provided should not be duplicated for the benefit of non-participants nor should any other documentation, samples or other materials be removed from Schneider Customer Training Center premises by participants without specific authorization in writing.
Liability
Save where Schneider Electric is shown to have failed to exercise reasonable care and such failure results in death or personal injury, the Company shall not be liable in any respect of any claims arising by reason of death,personal injury or loss of or damage to property arising from attendance at the Schneider Customer Training Center.
