, 2018 the Eclipse (Automation and Control Services) web portal is now officially replaced with the new and improved Advanced Priority Support portal. The access is now included in our PRM "Partner Portal". The old Eclipse login and password will no longer work on the new Portal.
If you are already a user of our PRM Partner portal, your current PRM credentials will continue to be used. If you need a reset password, please use link 'Password Help' on the login page.
For those new to the PRM Partner Portal, we sent you a welcome email with login instructions to the address in our records. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at IndustryPrioritySupportNews@schneider-electric.com
and we will re-send the instructions.
PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AS NEW USER
on the new Portal. You will not automatically receive access to Advanced Priority support by doing so.
