| How can I begin to use MyPage? |
| In order to use MyPage to customize our support site for your product preferences, you must be a member of Telemecanique Services Web Services. This means that you will need a username and password from us to access MyPage and other Web features. To obtain a username and password you only need to request an account. Using your support contract number, the Telemecanique Services engine will automatically create Web pages filled with the support information that you need. Depending on your contract, your personalized Web services may contain but are not limited to MyPage customization, software subscription services, product news, online support case submission and tracking, knowledge base search and retrieval, threaded discussions, and much more. | While you will always have access to technical manuals and other Schneider support documents online, MyPage is available only to members of Telemecanique Services Web Services.
